The Icebreaker Challenge: Introduce yourself. Tell us why you're doing the challenge, and what you hope to gain from it.
This is the first year I'm doing this challenge! I hope to meet some more people with similar interests. I'm mainly interested in Limbus Company and Identity V and write fanfiction as my main way of interacting with fandom!
I can have big and small bursts of creativity, sometimes writing longer fics with minimum 5k words and sometimes I can struggle to meet 2k words, all depending on how I feel about writing on that day. I write both short and long fics, all for the ships I love and adore.

My writing length also tends to fluctuate without rhyme or reason these days… for example, the longest fic I published last year was ~16k words while the shortest was something I wrote on my phone at work at ~2k. There was a point where it was difficult to wrangle my brain into accepting shorter works, but as long as I can write the main ideas I want to convey, then I’m not too concerned about the dressing and connective tissue.
I’ve read some of your Limbus work, and I like the care you take to depict Gregor and Sinclair’s dynamic. I especially think it's interesting how you tackle Gregor’s issues; most people focus on his objectification by Hermann, but I like that you explore the element of guilt that comes from shouldering that trauma (ie, wondering if it’s inevitable he will further the cycle of abuse given the events during the Smoke War). I really like the contrast of Sinclair’s naïveté, where his eagerness to support Gregor turns into another blade rather than something comforting. I love when relationships are innately fraught with guilt that the characters need to work through, it's very delicious.
